So on this show: Bran has a Bran-Fan, the airport is getting a face lift in honor of DoctorTrey.com fans who visit the islands, we talk about lost again and how the Icon was minutes away from Evangeline Lilly. We talk yet again about Ronnie James Dio who is slowly becoming the official favorite singer of this show, ironically he is not from Hawaii. We also talk about one of Dr. Trey’s Favorite singers, Leon Redbone. Dr. Trey also informs his audience that HE is the one who came up with the “Ainokea” idea that is sweeping Hawaii, and shares his new idea with everyone. Trey also talks seriously about how to cure nerves on stage and reveals that he uses Beta Blockers prior to a performance. Once again this dynamic duo talks about the season opener of Entourage. And of course we are encouraging our listeners to continue their votes for Sanjaya Malakar of American Idol. We have apparently been successful so far.

Roxanne and SCM reveal the many secret inner workings of Beach Walks including Beach Walks plan to start doing an audio podcast. This couple are the first couple to ever podcast in Hawaii so check this one out. Also featured on this show, music by Kaimoku, we’re taught about twitter and hear Rox rave about the quality of the noodles at Mini Garden. You can basically ignore everything else she says about the food there.

Why do we still do this? Why indeed? Dr. Trey and The Icon have decided to do another show basically because The Icon felt he could do better. Did he succeed? Probably not. Daniel Cole and JRoQ are both chatting live with us and Jenn does call in for a bit to sing us the melody for some Brady Bunch Tune. Dr. Trey and The Icon have come up with a new name for Kimo Watanabe’s email. We’re calling it Kee-Mail. On this program we talk again about Lost, and how O’ahu, our island, might have mysterious properties in itself much like the island that the castaways are on in the TV show. We also talk a bit about DRM, the new season of HBO’s Entourage, Bran talks about his plan to speak nothing but pidgin english for 2 weeks straight, Dr. Trey announces that listenership is actually up by about 20% despite the shows about nothing, also Cubworld, Sellaband and don’t forget to support Kimo Watanabe in his quest to reach his 5000 parts. We also talk as usual about American Idol, and our campaign to keep Sanjaya Malakar alive. We feature music by Kaimoku with their rendition of Hi’ilawe (vocals by Lopaka Igarta-De Vera of Sonny Ching’s Halau Na Mamo O Pu’uanahulu.)

Those of you who listen to our podcast know that a song from the JRoQ vs. Dr. Trey album was to be featured on “Adventures in Hollyhood.” Well that ended up happening last night. The song “Another Blue Day,” written by JRoQ, had a few seconds of life on the new MTV program that features the group Three 6 Mafia and their new life in Hollywood CA.

I know this Has nothing to do with our website, but we do talk about it on the podcast almost every show. American Idol, a show that you may not have heard of before, is once again the talk of the town. In this case though it has nothing to do with great singers, but rather a singer who can’t sing but has appeal in other ways such as personality and style.
